Article associations
Overview
The Associations tab of an article shows the records connected to it, derived from your transactional data. It lets you see who trades an article without leaving its page.
Before you start
- Open the article (Master Data > Articles, then select its reference number) and go to the Associations tab.
Connected companies
The Connected Companies list shows the companies that have imported this article. It is built automatically from transactions; you do not add companies here by hand.
Connected suppliers
The Connected Suppliers list shows the suppliers that have supplied this article, also derived from transactions.
ℹ️ For EUDR, these connected suppliers are the suppliers you request due diligence data from when you assess the risk for this article. Managing supplier master data is covered under Suppliers.
Tips
- Use this tab as a quick way to see which suppliers you would need to collect data from before an assessment for this article.
Troubleshooting
- A company or supplier I expected is missing. The lists reflect recorded transactions. Without an import or order involving that party, it will not appear here.
ℹ️ Regulatory context. The connected suppliers shown here are who you collect due diligence data from, including the plot geolocation required by Article 9. See the consolidated EUDR text.
