EUDR

Non-EU Manufacturers

Overview

If you supply commodities or products to a company in the EU, that company needs information from you to meet the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). This section is your guide to providing it through kolum, in the supplier view (the SUP workspace).

You are here because an EU customer invited you. Your job centres on three things: keep your production locations and documents up to date, and answer the data requests your buyers send you.

🟢 Why this matters. Your EU customer must know exactly where their goods were produced and show they are deforestation-free. They cannot do that without data from you. The faster and more accurately you provide it, the sooner your goods can reach the EU market. New to the regulation? Start with Understanding the EUDR (as a supplier). For reference, the law is the consolidated EUDR text.

The supplier workspace

You switch to the supplier view with the EU / SUP toggle at the top left. Your workspace has three main areas, plus your master data:

AreaWhat it is for
Data RequestsThe requests your buyers send. This is where you answer.
Production LocationsThe geolocation of your production plots.
DocumentsYour library of compliance documents, tagged and reused.
Master DataYour own Companies, Articles, and Suppliers.
