Manage users
Overview
You can add colleagues to your account so more than one person can respond to customer requests. This page covers inviting users, setting their role, and removing access. Users and roles are shared across all modules of your account, so a colleague you add here can work in CBAM, EUDR and PPWR according to their role.
🟢 Why this matters. Sharing the work means data requests are answered quickly, even when one person is unavailable.
Before you start
- You need the Client Admin role. Only Client Admins can invite users, change roles, or remove access; auditor roles do not even see the Users section.
- Have your colleagues' names and email addresses ready, and decide which of the six roles each person needs (see Understanding user roles).
Invite a user
- Open the settings (gear) icon in the top-right and select Users.
- Select Add New and enter the colleague's first name, last name and email, plus an optional job title and phone number.
- Choose the role from the Role dropdown: Client Admin, Client Auditor, Company Admin, Company Auditor, Customs Officer or Procurement Officer. For Company Admin and Company Auditor, select the companies the person is responsible for.
- Select Create User. They receive an email to set their password and join.
Change a role or remove a user
- To change what someone can do, open Users, select the edit (pencil) icon next to the person, choose the new role and save. The change applies immediately.
- To remove access, remove the user from the account. Their work stays in place; only their access ends.
- If a colleague has forgotten their password, they can reset it from the sign-in page, and you can trigger a reset for them from Users.
Tips
- Review your user list periodically and remove anyone who has left, so only current staff can act on your behalf.
- Use a shared, monitored email for the default contact your customers invite, and give named colleagues their own user accounts.

What's new
Managing your team works the same in every module: Client Admins invite colleagues under Users, pick one of the six shared roles, and adjust or remove access at any time.
