Data Requests
Overview
Data Requests is where your work happens. It lists the requests your EU buyers send you, each asking for the compliance documents and production locations they need for a specific article and purchase order. You answer a request by attaching the requested data.
🟢 Why this matters. Your buyer cannot place the goods on the EU market until they have this data from you. Answering promptly and completely is what keeps your goods moving, wins you faster clearance, and makes you a preferred supplier as buyers concentrate their sourcing around EUDR-ready partners. The list
Each row is one request from a buyer.

| Buyer | The EU customer who sent it. |
| Buyer Article | The article and the buyer's SKU. |
| Buyer Purchase Order | The order the request relates to. |
| Requested Items | What is asked for, for example 2 docs and 1 location. |
| Requested At | When the request was sent. |
| Status | Open or Submitted. |
| Actions | Provide Data, or View Response. |
Use the Search box (by request, buyer, article, or buyer purchase order) and the All types and All statuses filters to narrow the list.

Tips
- Handle Open requests first; each one is holding up a buyer's shipment.
- A request lists exactly what it needs (so many documents, so many locations). Provide all of it in one go to avoid follow-ups.
- Get set up ahead of time so a request is mostly reuse, not a scramble (see Get request-ready).
