Purchase order details and status

Overview

The purchase order detail page brings together everything about one order: its summary, its articles, its EUDR status, and the assessment and statement linked to it. This page explains how to read it.

Open an order

Go to Purchase Orders and select the order's number. The detail page opens with Back to Orders and an Edit Order action.

The status banner

At the top, a banner shows the order's EUDR status and any action required. For example, EUDR — Risk Assessment Open with an Action Required note means no Due Diligence Statement is linked yet, and you must complete the risk assessment to determine eligibility for DDS association and EU market placement.

Linked risk assessment

This section lists the supplier and article pairs created from the order's EUDR-relevant articles, each with its current risk level (for example, Low). Selecting one takes you into its risk assessment.

Order Summary

The summary holds the order's core data and its live status:

FieldWhat it shows
Order NumberYour reference for the order.
SupplierThe supplier supplying the goods.
Country of DeliveryThe delivery country.
Destination PlantThe delivery site.
Order DateWhen the order was placed.
Risk AssessmentThe assessment status, for example Risk pending.
Risk Mitigation MeasuresWhether mitigation is required, for example Not required.
Due Diligence StatementThe linked DDS reference, if one exists.

Articles Summary

This lists the articles on the order, each with its EUDR tag (if in scope), its volume, and its supplier. Use Add More to add further articles (see Add articles to a purchase order).

How to read the status together

An order is ready for EU market placement when its EUDR-relevant articles have a completed risk assessment (risk negligible or low) and a Due Diligence Statement linked. Until then, the banner shows the outstanding step.

ℹ️ Regulatory context. These statuses track the due diligence the EUDR requires before a relevant product is placed on the market. The linked Due Diligence Statement is the formal declaration that it was done. See the consolidated EUDR text.
