Delete a Company

Overview

You remove companies from the Companies list. Deletion is intended for records created in error or entities you genuinely no longer work with.

Before you delete

Check that the company is not still in use. A company that is connected to purchase orders, risk assessments, or submitted Due Diligence Statements should not be deleted, because those records depend on it. If in doubt, keep the record.

Step by step

  1. Go to Master Data > Companies.
  2. Select the checkbox next to each company you want to remove. The Delete button shows the number selected, for example Delete (2).
  3. Select Delete and confirm.

⚠️ Deleting a company removes its master data, including its EUDR configuration (size classification and TRACES credentials). Treat deletion as permanent.

ℹ️ Regulatory context. A submitted Due Diligence Statement is a legal declaration you must be able to evidence. Do not delete a company that has filed statements or carries active EUDR obligations. See the consolidated EUDR text.
