Delete a Production Facility

Overview

If a production facility is no longer needed in your workspace, you can delete it to keep your facility list organised and focused on active sites. Deleting unused facilities keeps your master data clear and easy to manage.

Step by step

1. Go to Companies in the sidebar and open the company the facility belongs to.
2. Switch to the Associations tab and click the facility in the Production Facilities block to open its detail page.
3. Click the Delete button on the facility detail page.
4. Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog. The facility is removed and you return to the company's Associations tab.

Important to note

• Only roles permitted to delete master data see the Delete button. If it is missing, ask your Client Admin.
• Deleting a facility does not affect the company it belonged to. To remove the company itself, use the Delete button on the company detail page instead.

After deletion

The facility no longer appears in the company's Production Facilities block and is no longer available across the modules that share master data. Deletion is permanent.

ℹ️ Regulatory context. Removing a facility record does not change any obligation of the legal entity that operated it; PPWR duties attach to the entity, not the site (Article 3). See Regulation (EU) 2025/40.
