Client Auditor

Overview

The Client Auditor has read-only access across the entire workspace. The role can see everything a Client Admin sees, including all PPWR data, but cannot change anything.

What a Client Auditor can do

• View all companies, production facilities, and users.
• View PPWR applicability results and obligation programmes.
• View packaging items, classifications, supplier information, substance data, and technical documentation.
• View Declarations of Conformity.

What a Client Auditor cannot do

• Create, edit, or delete any record.
• Invite users or change roles.
• Run applicability checks or generate declarations.

Who this role suits

Internal audit, external advisors, and reviewers who need full visibility without the ability to change data.

ℹ️ Regulatory context. Documentation must be available for inspection for ten years after the packaging is placed on the market; a read-only role lets reviewers verify the evidence without altering it. See Regulation (EU) 2025/40.
