The Company Auditor role in kolum allows you to give read-only access for a single company within your organization. This enables internal or external auditors to verify all emissions, supplier, article, and import data specific to that company without the ability to edit, add, or delete any information. Assigning this role is an effective way to maintain transparency and audit readiness while protecting your data during reviews.

The Company Auditor role is designed for:
- Internal auditors reviewing a specific companyʼs records and workflows within kolum.
- External auditors conducting a company-level audit during a defined period.
- Compliance teams performing checks for a particular company without requiring editing access.
What a Company Auditor Can See
As a Company Auditor, you can:
- View company details including name, EORI number, address, and related data.
- Access production facilities linked to this specific company to verify address data, country codes, and facility connections.
- Review articles connected to the company to check reference numbers, CN codes, linked suppliers, and emissions data.
- See imports tied to the company, including linked articles, suppliers, and facility data.
- Check supplier connections relevant to this company.
- Review emissions data for direct and indirect emissions for articles and production facilities linked to the company.
- View reporting workflows related to the company, including draft and submitted reports within kolum.
What a Company Auditor Cannot Do
A Company Auditor cannot:
- Edit, add, or delete any company, facility, supplier, article, or import data.
- Send invitations or manage user roles.
- Submit or edit reports.
- View data outside of the specific company they have been assigned.
