If a production facility is no longer needed in your workspace, you can delete it to keep your facility list organised and focused only on active sites.

How to Delete a Production Facility

Go to My Organization → Companies, open the company the facility belongs to, and switch to its Associations tab.
In the Production Facilities block, click the facility you want to delete to open its detail page.
Click the Delete button on the detail page.
Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog. Once confirmed, the facility is removed from your kolum workspace and you return to the company's Associations tab.

Important to Note

Deleting requires a role that may delete production facilities; if the Delete button is not shown, ask your Client Admin.
A facility that is still referenced by other records (for example emissions data you have provided) cannot be deleted; kolum tells you what blocks the deletion so you can clean it up first.

After Deletion

Once deleted, the facility no longer appears on the company's Associations tab and is no longer available when you calculate or provide emissions data.
