Bulk upload production locations

Overview

When you have many plots to add, upload them all at once instead of adding them one by one.

🟢 Why this matters. Suppliers with many production plots can get their whole footprint into kolum quickly, so it is ready to attach to any buyer request. See the consolidated EUDR text.

Before you start

• Your plots' geolocation data in the supported file format.

Step by step

1. Go to Production Locations and select Upload Production Locations.
2. Provide the file of plots.
3. Review and confirm. The plots appear in your Production Locations list, each with its area and points.

Tips

• Check the area and point count on a few uploaded plots to confirm the boundaries came through correctly.

Troubleshooting

• A plot did not import or looks wrong. Check the file against the expected format and that each plot has at least three boundary points, then re-upload.
